The Global Space Leadership Program – Thailand 2025 was a landmark World Record event conducted
under the Space Access for All initiative by Himalayan Space Centre. Led by Mr. Veeresh Patil, the program
successfully trained over 15,000 youth across multiple locations in Thailand between 17th and 28th July
2025, delivering 12 intensive sessions nationwide. Organized in collaboration with UNPKFC and
Adventure of Humanity, and dedicated to His Highness King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand, the
program focused on hands-on space education including astronaut experiences, rocket science
fundamentals, space suit technology, mission planning, and practical rocket and parachute workshops. The
initiative earned international recognition, with Mr. Patil receiving the prestigious World Book of Records
(London) award for his contribution to global space education.
